Ingredients:
Raw mangoes [
I took 6 Raw mangoes]
Sugar bura or normal sugar or sugar powder according to taste.
Salt & turmeric powder.
Kashmiri lal mirch powder.
Red food colour [optional]
Elaychi powder.
Method:
Wash raw mangoes properly,wipe out with a clean kitchen napkin.
Peel off the skin of all mangoes.
Grate all mangoes properly add little Salt and turmeric powder & mix it well,
Keep lid on the mixture & leave it for an hour.after an hr if it leaves water , remove it little.
Put grated mangoes in kadahi,keep the pan on low-medium Gas flame.saute it for 2-3 seconds .
Add sugar bura or normal sugar or sugar powder according to your taste and choice.
Add elaychi powder and mix it well.
With the help of spatula mix it well.sugar will be leaving watery texture.go on mixing it properly on slow gas flame.
After a few minutes it will become dry .when it gives one string Chashni , remove the pan / kadahi from the Gas flame.
When fully cold put it in a clean & dry glass jar .
Have this Yummy Chhunda with bread / Chapati/ Parontha and enjoy cooking .
