Semolina, Coconut & Dryfruit Ladoo.

Laddoo without ghee.
Ingredients:
1 cup of semolina,
1 cup of  fresh or desicated  coconut ,
1/2 cup of Powder/ bura sugar, according to tast.
[instead of sugar powder anyone can use kharik powder]
10-12 Almond [grounded or in small pieces]
7-8 Cashew[ grounded or in small pieces]
10-12 Raisin..
7-8 pistachios [grounded or in small pieces]
1/2 Cup of fresh milk cream  [ from milk at home]
Less than1/4 pinchFood colour [ optional]
 
Prperation:
1] Keep a pan on Gas, add semolina,on slow -medium flame roast [ without changing the colour] & remove it in a bowl.
2] Add coconut if it's fresh grated,if desicated coconut then roast it few seconds only & add it in a same bowl.
3] add gronded dryfruits,pieces roast & add in a bowl,[ I took grounded]
4]  Add 10-12 Raisin.
5] Add  Fresh milk cream & 
Food colour [optional]
6] mix it well all the ingredients and bind it in a shape of Ladoo 
Semolina, Coconut, Dryfruit Ladoos are ready to serve .
