Ingredients
1cup of poha [washed and 1o minets rest],
1big tomato ๐
,
2-3 green chilies,
1small beatroot [ shredded]
2tbl ๐ฅ groundnut ,
1 tsp of cooking oil,
Salt as per taste,
1 small Onion [nicely chopped],
1/4 tsp of turmeric powder,
1/2 of red chilli powder,
1/4 tsp of cumin seeds,
Apinch of asafoetida,
Very small piece of ginger,
1/2 cup of water.
Preparation:
1]. Keep a pan on Gas,add oil,add chopped onion,add groundnut,green chilies pieces,cumin seeds, asafoetida,mix it well.
2] Till the time onin get fried and it becomes pinkish/transparent saute it .
3] Add turmeric powder ,red chilly powder, shredded beetroot and tomato [nicely chopped] saute for 2-3 minutes,add Salt.
4] Add water and keep the lid on pan and on slow -medium gas flame cook it nicely,when it becomes little dry add soaked poha and mix it ,give stem for 2-3 minutes by keeping a lid on the pan .
Your beetroot Tomato groundnut poha is ready to serve, gave it with hot tea or coffee and enjoy.
